Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual living in Portugal to join a new team to be created as a Call Center/Back Office Operator in the hotel industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, as well as processing reservations and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone (mainly inbound but also outbound) and via email/whatsapp;
- Process reservations and other administrative tasks;
- Answer questions about our residences and our services;
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner;
- Communication with other departments (housekeeping, property management, etc).
Qualifications
- Degree preferably in hospitality or tourism (not compulsory);
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, hotel reception desk or call center environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Stress resistant and able to work under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), all other languages are a plus.
Available Schedules (please indicate which one you are applying for):
Daytime hours: shift schedules between 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00;
and
Night hours: shift between 23:00 and 7:00
Work days from Monday to Sunday with two days off a week (rotating) and extra pay at weekends and holidays.
